Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Menechian served as Senior Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Alcatel in North America, where he was responsible for advising/supporting mergers, acquisitions, disposals, takeovers, joint ventures, strategic alliances, bid defenses, and public offerings.
