Beyond the consideration of a single or multiple ERP(s), and beyond the single instance decision, there is a myriad of challenges related to installing and maintaining ERP at all sites that comprise a global enterprise. All major ERP vendors today offer versions of solutions that have been translated and localized to selected international markets. However, the way they deliver this functionality varies, even across products lines offered by a single vendor.
