ABSTRACT:
Forms are a critical piece to the insurance business, and more than 80% of what a customer sees is represented by the forms that are put in their hands. It can be a challenge to compete effectively in a mature yet complex, competitive and cyclical market and to maximize profits, even in highly regulated types of insurance. It can also be difficult to create and maintain many types, and a large number, of forms, including policy documents, customer and vendor related documents, and marketing materials. Listen to this presentation to gain insights into how some innovative new approaches to forms management can improve performance, efficiency, and speed.
