ABSTRACT:
Software as a Service, or SaaS, is gaining huge traction as a delivery model for normally complex and expensive software applications.

One such example of this is Microsoft Exchange 2007. Most businesses want the improved capabilities that Exchange 2007 brings to messaging and collaboration technology, but upgrading to the new technology is not only complicated, it's extremely expensive. That's why the SaaS delivery model is so well suited to this complex software.

As more and more businesses realize the benefits of hosted Exchange 2007, they will have to find and choose the right provider for their needs. Unfortunately, because this delivery model is still new, many businesses don't yet know what they should be looking for from a SaaS provider.

This podcast discusses the most important things businesses should be looking for when choosing what company will host their business-critical applications.
